visual-spatial deficit and early vascular dementia.

for her and she will work with her psychologist on
memory improvement techniques.
Tina
works with the physician and physical therapist to
get Barbara enrolled in a water aerobics class at
a local health club and provides for a personal trainer
to help Barbara perform her strength and balance exercises
at home.
Tina
advocates for Barbara with Miracle Ear to facilitate
delivery of a hearing aid prescribed by her doctor.
She is able to get the device in two weeks, instead
of the normal four months.
Tina
has worked with the women's circle at Barbara's church
to arrange for a congregation member to take Barbara
to services and the weekly women's meeting.
Tina
attends meetings with Barbara and her attorney to
facilitate a durable power of attorney for Barbara
and to help Barbara understand the features of her
will and estate plan.
Tina
keeps Mary up-to-date on all of the current issues
