HERRMANN, MPH, RN JOINS ELDER FOCUS, LLC
Monterey,
CA - Elder Focus, LLC, announced today that Elaine Herrmann,
RN has joined the company as a senior care consultant.
Herrmann brings over 25 years experience in hospital and
home care nursing at Community Hospital of the Monterey
Peninsula, Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital and Natividad
Medical Center. At Elder Focus, Herrmann will head the
underwriting and benefits eligibility functions provided
to long term care insurance companies throughout the area.
Also, she will augment the care management staff.
Hermann
is a past president of the local chapter of the American
Cancer Society, the Salinas Valley Hospice and has served
on the Executive Board of the Central Coast Cancer Council
and the Monterey County Mental Health Advisory Board.
At Elder Focus, she hopes to turn her energies toward
elder and care management issues including nursing home
quality of care, resource availability for at-home elders
and conservatorship practices. "We are delighted
